I'm Reneé, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate. I enjoy working with clients from the "adulting" stage and beyond. I find special interest in working with couples experiencing conflict, individuals seeking personal growth/healing, and BIPOC, particularly adult Women of Color who are challenged by sense of self or phase of life issues.
Using an integrative approach grounded in family systems theory, I seek to understand the dynamic that exists between people and within relationships and use appropriate interventions to shift the dynamic to where needs are met, and connections strengthened.
