Loss comes in many forms. If it matters to you, it is worth exploring. I strongly hold that not all problems are pathological, but just an opportunity to learn new coping skills. My clinical interests include grief and loss, anxiety, depression. and life transitions. I specialize in compassion fatigue, caregiver and chronic health support. Most of my work settings have included outpatient mental health centers, college centers, medical & psychiatric hospitals. I provide specialized care for women in ministry. Clinical Supervision sessions are available upon request.
Mindfulness- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Focused Therapy, Attachment- Based Approach and Self-compassion practices; Recover Me Support Groups. We also work with practitioner who specializes in pre-marital and marriage support.

Recover Me Grief Group- For Women
This is an 8-week faith-based grief group located in Southlake. Losses can be actual as in a divorce or death of loved one. It can also be a perceived loss, such as, infertility or loss of status. This group is for women. It is 70.00 per group. The next group is starting every Thursday 3/2/23 -4/20/23. Call to get more information.
