Hello! I specialize in providing therapy to children, adolescents, couples and families experiencing a variety of concerns ranging from anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and present stressful life events. I also have experience working with individuals and families impacted by substance use. I am bilingual in Spanish and English and am happy to provide therapy in either language. In my practice, I help clients build a foundation for healing and growth and strive to promote an overall well-being.
I believe that communication is an important piece of the daily routine and that the ability to do so effectively is a core factor in helping individuals and families strengthen their relationships. This means that I will work with your children and teens to identify their feelings and communicate them to you in a way that feels easier for parents to hear!
I see therapy as a process where we will join together to develop the best course of treatment in order to achieve increased understanding, sense of control, and feelings of comfort. I am currently a Resident in Marriage and Family Therapy working under the supervision of Matt Browning, LPC. I offer in person, telehealth and walk & talk sessions.
