My therapeutic approach works with Individuals, couples, families and groups seeking to have a more integrated way to live their lives while facing the challenges that can interfere with that goal. I am a psycho-dynamically trained psychologist who finds that initially focusing on symptom relief helps the individual begin the healing process. My work centers on assisting the individual or groups to break free from past issues that interfere with the present and that may impact the future. My many years as a former psychology professor and practicing psychologist has informed my practice with the latest techniques in mental health.
I have been working with adolescents and young adults for the past 28 years. I perform psychological testing and evaluations for children and adults. I also conduct bariatric assessments for adults. My work also includes conducting anger management for court ordered cases.

Anger management
An anger management course will be offered for adults. The 10 sessions covers the origins of anger, the biological impact of anger and the most effective methods in managing anger.
