I specialize in helping individuals heal by working with the younger parts of themselves that didn’t get what they needed. With my guidance, you’ll develop an inner parent to nurture and protect those wounded parts. Through a blend of EMDR, IFS, and yoga, we’ll work together to find safety in your body & create new, healthier ways of being.

I focus on building a safe, trusting relationship while understanding your personal history, strengths, & challenges. As we work together, I adapt my approach to meet your evolving needs, always centering your growth. My goal is to create a collaborative therapy experience that empowers you to feel more engaged in your healing journey.
