A traumatic past often leads to unhealthy interpretation of the motivations of others. This often hinders fully obtaining and maintaining positive interpersonal connections. Could yesterday’s trauma unknowingly, and unconsciously keep you in a state of maladaptive feelings/behaviors such as low self-esteem, anxiety, anger, guilt, shame, depression, jealousy, or perfectionism? I want to aid you in learning to begin to live fully. Repeated negative situations are often misdirected attempts of addressing deep rooted trauma. Repeated negative outcomes may also manifest in anxiety and depression. I specialize in trauma to include recognizing trauma responses. My aim is to help ensure the remnants of trauma are properly addressed
