Yidong works with adults with a variety of psychological struggles (i.e. grief, crisis and relationships) using psychoanalysis approach. Her treatment approaches focus on understanding one's defenses and speculating different ways to relate with others and the world- to get in touch with one's wholesome potential, creativity, and authentic voice.
I believe we can sit together, feel what goes on between us, and gain the capacity to hold and express them. Through "you act" and "I show" in sessions, you can feel in-charged of your life as how you operate and your experience being articulated and digested.
