I work with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and identity issues. Many of my clients find themselves in the role of caretaker, often as a result of past experiences or trauma, and end up feeling depleted and resentful in their relationships. I help clients learn to wade through the noise and connect to their authentic selves, which helps them healthily connect to others.

I work in partnership with my clients to better understand their patterns, emotions, needs, and wants. Through an attachment-based and person-centered perspective, I offer clients a safe, empathic, and honest place to connect with themselves and build the skills to connect with others in a meaningful way.
