| español I support individuals shift from disconnection to connection. My approach is a blend of Spiritual Psychology, Imago, Gottman, Brainspotting, and Somatic Therapy. My goal is to turn negativity and conflict into opportunities for growth and healing. I assist couples in understanding their early childhood attachment and how it currently affects them, communicating with compassion, reacting to conflict with curiosity rather than judgment, and learning to rekindle the passion. I work with individuals who are feeling anxious, depressed, and disconnected from themselves.
I believe in integrating the Mind, Body, and Spirit for balance and wholeness. By connecting these areas of ourselves, we can feel a lasting change, more profound healing, and a higher level of consciousness.
