I am trained in harm reduction, eye-movement-desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), Prolonged Exposure therapy and I am a Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist.I have a sex-positive approach and am an LGBTQAI+ provider.
Hobbies: In my spare time I enjoy indulging in creating art and being in the artistic community, spending time with my adult children and our cats, and volunteering with Pride and GPS. I am a Reiki Level II practitioner. I am a beekeeper and in the warm months, I raise native butterflies for wild release.
