Hi there! My goal is to provide a safe and affirming space where you can explore and process your thoughts and emotions in depth. We are experts of our own lives, and sometimes we need a little bit of guidance to help put those pieces of our life together.
I provide support through Art therapy which it's focus is all in the healing process. You do not have to be an artist! There are no right or wrong ways in art therapy. I also provide help through cognitive behavioral therapy, person centered approach, and Adlerian approach. We explore all aspects of life, thought process and allow for self actualization.
Developing a strong therapeutic relationship is very important to me. I like to take time to listen and support you through whatever obstacle you are facing. Through our time together we'll identify goals that will allow to bring more clarity, calmness and peace to your life.
