I have worked in different settings within the community, working with all ages and diagnoses such as depression, anxiety, Autism, PTSD, mood disorders, and ADHD. I have experience with doing individual work as well as family therapeutic work. I believe in collaboratively working with my clients and establishing a strong therapeutic alliance. My goal is to support my clients through their journeys. If you are looking to learn more about yourself and how to better navigate through current and past issues, I am here to help.
In my approach, I value the importance of meeting clients on their level to build therapeutic trust and provide a comfortable and judgment-free environment. The modalities that I use are CBT, family system, solution-focused, Strength-based, mindfulness, crisis/safety planning, psychodynamic, and behavioral work.
