My therapeutic style is a combination of humanistic, person centered, and strength-based. I customize all treatment plans to match your specific needs. I work with families, couples, and individuals (5 years of age and up). I work with a variety of complex issues including attachment, relational, anxiety/depression, trauma, grief, and self-worth.
Facing day to day struggles while carrying our trauma with us is like wearing a suit of armor. We look strong but no one sees the wounds underneath, or how exhausted you are from the sheer weight of it all.
