Hi! I am so glad you are here. It takes courage and strength to find a therapist to walk with you through whatever stage of life you are currently in. I help clients overcome a variety of issues such as anxiety, depression, mood disorders, family of origin issues, addiction, grief and loss, interpersonal conflict and life transitions. My focus is working with attachment and trauma issues with children, teens, adults, couples and families.
My therapeutic style is humanistic and integrative which combines different therapeutic approaches to fit your unique needs. In additional to traditional talk therapy, I specialize in EMDR therapy to facilitate emotional healing for traumatic events. It is my passion to assist you in your journey of becoming the best version of you.
I believe that we are all on our own unique journey towards tending to parts of us that have been mistreated or left behind by hurtful past experiences.
