I work with individuals and couples and have extensive experience with PTSD, anxiety, and depression. I specialize in substance use issues and parenting. My approach integrates psychodynamic, narrative, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, as well as Emotionally Focused Therapy for couples.
I was born in Israel, grew up in Kenya, and studied in Europe before I came to the US. That global experience informs my worldview and my approach to therapy and interpersonal relationships. I draw from an eclectic stream both professionally and personally and I believe this expands my ability to be deeply empathetic to the diverse needs of my clients.
