To reconnect with our natural potential and remember that our ancestors not only passed their trauma on to us but also their victory, I bring a culturally aware approach that incorporates the intersection of trans-generational trauma, gender, and spirituality to healing the issues that cause us anxiety, pain, discomfort and make it difficult to achieve our goals or feel at peace.
I'm trained in evidenced-based practices like Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Seeking Safety. I include a holistic lens in the work I do by utilizing mindfulness, visualization, and symbolic work to help clients process childhood or recent traumas and reach the relief they are seeking. I can provide treatment in my native tongue, Spanish.
