I am accepting new patients. Do you think you might be experiencing some anxiety or depression? Do you cope with chronic pain? I can help you with these issues and other concerns you have. I come from a multi-cultural family and have traveled internationally. I grew up in an urban community and in a rural community.
I have been helping people (teens, adults, and couples) cope with their stressors, set boundaries, and have realisitic expectations of themselves for 18 years. I have worked in hospital settings, in clinic settings, in medical settings, and in behavioral health settings. I have helped people from various cultures and ages and I love learning about people.
