I am a licensed associate marriage and family therapist at New Jersey Therapy and Life Coaching in Voorhees, NJ. I provide individual therapy, life coaching, marriage counseling, and couples counseling. As a therapist, I help people overcome depression, anxiety, addictions, and relationship issues. As a marriage counselor, I help couples rekindle intimacy, learn to communicate better and become friends again. In life coaching, I help people identify their goals and overcome the obstacles that stand in the way of goal attainment.
My experience includes working with mood disorders such as depression and anxiety, personality disorders, and addictive behaviors, including alcohol dependence and drug dependence. I tailor treatment and life coaching to suit the needs of each client, using cognitive therapy and psychodynamic therapy within a systemic approach.
I believe all people are capable of improving their quality of life. Therapy and life coaching bring personal change and allow for learning new ways of being. I appreciate and thank my clients for allowing me the opportunity to aid in their transformative journey.
