I work with various populations ranging from childhood age to geriatric aged adults. The most common approaches that I utilize in my practice consists of: strength-based, psychoanalytic, trauma informed, solution-focused and cognitive-behavioral.

As a therapist, I collaborate with my clients in order to establish goals that they want to work on over the course of their treatment.
