Accepting New Clients! I would love to accompany you on your healing journey, even if just for a little while. I approach counseling with an Internal Family Systems framework and can help you find a way to communicate and stay at peace within yourself and with others. I am a faith-based counselor. I received my BA in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts in 1999 and completed my MA in Counseling at Oral Roberts University in 2005. I have been a therapist for over 18 years. I am Interested in helping you through difficult situations and have experience treating anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, and high stress.
Dealing with difficult mental health matters might seem daunting but you can achieve wellness, we can start that process together. I see my job as a guide through the internal system while assisting you in finding the answers already within you, and a way to address your challenges with a different appreciation and a greater understanding of your emotions.
