Hi! My name is Yadira Martinez, I am a licensed marriage and family therapist in California. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, trauma, and bipolar disorder. l love working with clients who are motivated to change. I want to help clients get to the root of their problems and make their lives better. I employ a multimodal therapeutic approach based on the critical matters of each individual.
I have worked and continue to work with different cultural populations of adolescents, adults, and geriatric clients. I help clients from diverse backgrounds navigate issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other stressors.
