Mindfulness and Meditation
This is a didactic and experiential online group. I teach mindfulness practices and a variety of meditations each week. I open the opportunity for individuals to process feelings and thoughts after each meditation practice in order to deepen the experience.

This is a 3 part Webinar: Our goal is to educate participants, provide a compassionate and open forum to destigmatize the use of mental health services, and bring awareness to the connection between the mind and the body. We believe that one cannot heal the mind without healing the body. Phase I (Free of charge): Dr. Ali and myself will discuss research findings and efficacious methods to heal the mind and the body with an emphasis on depression, anxiety, stress, pain management, insomnia, nutrition, and neuroscience.
