I am a Licensed Professional Counselor I received my Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from Roosevelt University. I have experience working in both hospital and outpatient settings and enjoy working with children, teens, and young adults. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution Focused Therapy in treating my clients. My specialties include anxiety and mood disorders, behavioral concerns, substance abuse, as well as trauma, and PTSD.
After completing my Bachelor's degree in Psychology, I resided in Israel where I served in the Israeli Military for two years, completing my service as a sergeant. My experiences from the military, inpatient mental health settings, and outpatient substance abuse programs help guide my therapeutic approach to best support my clients.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my wife and two boys and, unfortunately, following Chicago sports teams.
