Life is so beautiful, but not always easy and smooth. It can become challenging and difficult sometime. Dealing with life stress and trauma can be overwhelming and exhausting. Tt may cause feeling of being stuck/lost, or even leads to anxiety, depression, and relationship problems in your personal or professional life. Seeking counseling is courageous and compassionate way of positive coping. Psychotherapy is a powerful process in developing positive coping skills and healing trauma. It supports you through tough time and also promotes transformative self-growth. I wish to help you living a happy, fulfilling, and meaningful life.
My passion is to help individuals to heal trauma, live an authentic life, and achieve their full potentials. I am a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP) and a Qualified Level I Mindfulness-Base Stress Reduction (MBSR) teacher. I also help with psychedelics preparation and integration. Fluent in English and Mandarin.
I have experience in both academia and clinical practice. I work fulltime as a psychotherapist in Mental Health Clinic in Houston VA Medical Center, and also have private practice.
