I work with adults and couples who experience challenging events like trauma, including childhood trauma, other complex and acute trauma, loss and grief, life transitions, relational problems, anxiety, depression, and intergenerational relationships.
Working with a trauma-informed lens, I use various approaches including IFS (internal family system) and Existential therapy to help you explore and understand your struggles, and support you to heal from trauma and live more fully.
