Having lived all over the world & moved 19 times, I know life can be tricky to navigate. Sometimes you need someone from the outside to help you make sense of life's messy stuff. I can. I've worked in prisons, with veterans, mil-families, trauma victims, govt officials, celebrities, moms, dads, college students, people like you and me, just trying to do life. My philosophy is simple: The mind and body is designed to heal itself, and it needs only the proper awareness and fine-tuning in order to achieve this. I use a collaborative, eclectic approach that draws from many disciplines including, but not limited to psychodynamics, attachment theory, cognitive-behavioral therapy, EMDR and other experiential modalities.
