I meet people where they are with empathy and a non-judgmental approach. I work with people on the goals that they set and what they see as important to them. When someone reaches out for help I will be there reaching back.

I am Willian"Perry" Hall. As a licensed psychologist, I offer individuals, couples and families psychological evaluation and treatment for difficulties and/or disturbances of mood, behavior and thought. Whether one is experiencing problems with anger, depression, anxiety, relationships, school/work performance, substance abuse, or several other common issues, I follow an individualized evaluation with aggressive efforts to efficiently resolve one's distress in a personally meaningful way. Ongoing maintenance, personal growth/development and utilization of available resources are then encouraged to support your therapeutic progress and guard against relapse.

I have experience treating depression, anxiety, adjustment issues, specific phobias, and trauma in clients pre-teen through late adulthood. I have served on integrative teams for parents and children in CPS cases as well as on collaborative teams providing treatment for clients residing in assisted living and skilled nursing facilities. Additionally, I have extensive experience working with service members and Veterans, survivors of sexual assault, and individuals who identify as part of the LGBTQ+ community.

I became a counselor after a close friend died suddenly. As part of my personal growth and empowerment, I have expanded my ability to better understand the incredible power of the indomitable spirit of the human condition and all what we are capable of doing. I enjoy working with my clients to identify and address issues that cause them discomfort, mental pain, or disruption in their lives so they can be happier, healthier, and ultimately more attuned and present in daily events, eventually leading to fulfillment and enrichment in their lives. ​

I feel privileged to have worked as a helping professional for over 25 years. I became a social worker after serving on active duty in the United States Army. I began my career serving children, adolescents, their parents and families, in their home, school and community settings. I’ve been a foster adoptive parent to troubled and troubling children and am proudly the father of our 13, year old multiple diagnosis special needs daughter. I’ve dedicated myself to helping people learn to heal from trauma and mental health symptoms in general by helping them to develop their personal best path forward.

My ideal client is looking for something more. They are lost in what feels like nothing more than a bunch of rules and rigidity that has never really served them well. Their goals are to feel fulfilled, but they are lost as to how to achieve that. They have tried the rules and only come up empty handed. They were taught that happiness is the only acceptable emotion to feel and that if they feel anything else that something is wrong with them. That makes life so limiting, and I want to show them another way that allows them too actually live fulfilled. My ideal client is looking for meaning, purpose, and peace beyond the rules.
