The assessment helps you to think about your relationship differently.
You knew that marriage was going to be hard, but this is ridiculous! It’s not supposed to be THIS hard. There’s just too much bickering, irritability, and frustration. And when you fight—all bets are off and anything goes. It takes days to recover. You wanted a relationship that eased your burdens, not make life more complicated. You worry that you will stop liking each other. And you will lose the love. But deep down, you really want this to work. You want a closer, deeper relationship. There's hope: you don't have to live this way. You CAN have a great relationship. Now offering sex therapy.

Men's mental health issues, whether it's relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, or parenting are complex and deeply personal.
Do you feel stuck in your life, your past, your anxiety, depression, anger, apathy, overwhelm, grief, or PTSD? As a man, it's hard to seek help. You don't have to carry the weight of your struggles alone. All men feel sad, afraid, anxious, doubtful, amongst other feelings. You're still a man. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can find the support and guidance to fix the problem. If you fully invest in this process, expect to feel lighter, more effective, efficient, powerful, and clear about where you want to go and what you want to do with your life. While I specialize in men, I love serving people of all kinds.

I believe a safe, affirming therapeutic relationship is a place to begin healing and change.
I love helping clients to connect with their authentic selves and strengthen their relationships. I work from a framework that explores the ways that early experiences can shape current patterns of relating. My work is also guided by the understanding that many clients' difficulties are impacted by systems of oppression such as racism, transphobia, homophobia, and gender discrimination. Most importantly, this space centers on you and what you're bringing into it; I'm not here to judge, criticize, or fix you, but instead support you in learning about your own internal world.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, low, confused, stuck, or frustration with your relationship or the lack thereof I want to hear from you.
Now Accepting Weekend Appointments! Heartbreaks can feel unbearable. Wanting to be close with someone, but it doesn’t seem to work can feel devastating. You put forth every effort to love them, only to be met with disappointment as you watch them slowly walk away and abandon you. The worst part isn’t that they’ve broken your heart. It’s the feeling that you’ve broken your own heart… again. Do you feel anxious, depressed, stuck or lonely? Do you struggle with trusting people and/or concerned about their motives? Maybe you've never felt like you belong.

Relationship Issues Therapists
While need for human connection appears to be innate, the ability to form healthy, loving relationships is learned. Some evidence suggests that the ability to form a stable relationship starts to form in infancy, in a child's earliest experiences with a caregiver who reliably meets the infant's needs for food, care, warmth, protection, stimulation, and social contact. Such relationships are not destiny, but they are theorized to establish deeply ingrained patterns of relating to others. The end of a relationship, however, is often a source of great psychological anguish.
