Our counselors come from various backgrounds and modalities, but we all have one thing in common: We believe in meeting you where you are and providing non-judgmental, effective support. Sometimes that looks like providing tools to navigate difficult experiences, other times that may be a safe, private place to explored the unexpected twists and turns.
We are a small group of counselors who are passionate about what we do. While many of us are based in the Front Range area, we work with clients all over Colorado: from the Front Range metro areas, to the San Luis Valley, to the Western Slope. If you live in a rural area, it can be nice to work with a therapist who you won't run into at the grocery store.

Groups
Yoga Therapy for Emotional Wellness
Learn and practice the therapeutic application of yogic tools in a small group setting! A growing body of evidence supports yoga as a complementary therapy for mental health and emotional wellness. There will be an initial 50 minute meeting during which we'll discuss the group, your goals and needs, and your background. Then there will be four small group meetings with the first scheduled for 10/4. The self-pay rate for the initial session and all four sessions is $270. We also accept insurance. Space is limited, please email to reserve your spot or for more information.
