I am here to help give you the tools to better manage the challenges that you are facing and to help you heal from the emotional wounds that are impacting your life. Whether you want to break generational trauma or live a more meaningful and fulfilling life I am here to help. I am currently providing Telehealth appointments, both video and phone calls. I am presently accepting Tricare West Insurance and Optum Insurance only.
I am eclectic in my approach as I believe that every person is unique and requires individualized treatment. I believe in getting to know the whole person and providing a holistic approach to therapy. I specialize in trauma-focused therapy and am fully certified in EMDR therapy.
