Hello, my name is Won Joon Yang and I am an Licensed Clinical Social Worker and 1.5th generation immigrant. Primarily, I work with adults who are diagnosed with anxiety, depression, identity crisis, cultural conflict and relationship issues. My approach to therapy is person centered, evidenced based and focus on building self-esteem and self-confidence to resolve problems/issues to find the solutions within.
If you were to work with me, you will be provided with a lot of active listening, reflective questioning and processing your emotions from past and present throughout the session. You will be challenged but experience progress.
