I, Sherri B. Green, LPC-A, work with women and their families in Kentucky. They are looking for a secure safe space for self-care and therapy. Women are the back bone of our families and if they are mentally healthy then the family has a good foundation for overall physical, mental and spiritual health.Sherri B. Green provides counseling/psychotherapy, nutrition, health, and wellness coaching and massage therapy.
I am solution-focused and Trauma-informed therapist. My focus is on clients suffering from anxiety and depression. Interventions used are Somatic Attachment Therapy, Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, Relaxation, and Meditation Therapies.
The potential client for counseling, psychotherapy, and coaching is an adult female or male 18-65 years old, which is held online through telehealth. While the potential client for our home massage therapy studio is a woman 18-65 years old. We have family education on massage and a variety of topics of psychoeducation. In these classes all are welcome.
