I've worked in the field of mental health and addictions recovery since 1999. I've found clients seek answers and solutions not realizing the answers are already within them. The pain of life blocks their access. I choose not to focus on human pathology; rather I focus on restoration of wellness. The human spirit is beautiful, strong, resilient. That's you!
