We specialize in healing relationships and trauma both current and in the past. In addition, we now offer Equine Assisted Psychotherapy (EAP) and Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) for those looking for a different perspective toward finding a solution to a particular issue. We are Mind, Body, & Spirit Connected...

One of the main focuses at Wolf Spirit is relaxation. Our society is such that relaxation is difficult and our office has been created as a tranquil space for clients to feel nurtured and safe. This group is geared toward those individuals that would like to have a better understanding of how to respond instead of react to the narcissist that seemingly controls their lives. The individual in question can be a significant other, co-worker, parent, sibling, or supervisor as the same interventions work no matter what relationship it is aimed toward. Your shadow-self comes from the wounded and irrational parts of your personality that try to protect you from additional trauma and pain. When one confronts and embraces their shadow, you can begin the process of healing past traumas.
