I implement an integrative approach to counseling. I utilize elements from reality theory, cognitive behavioral therapy, and existential theory. I also offer faith-based counseling and prayer should you desire to incorporate them into your journey of healing and growth.
Research says that most couples wait 3 to 6 years too long before going to counseling. The longer you wait, the harder it is to heal the relationship. It is never too late unless you decide that it is too late. Divorce is costly (mentally, socially, spiritually and economically). I always hold out hope for my clients.
