One of my favorite Maya Angelou quotes is the following: “There is no greater agony than bearing an untold story inside you.” Through my work, I am open to exploring past narratives, challenging unhelpful core beliefs, addressing alternative thought processes, and changing patterns of behavior that clients have identified as no longer serving them. My goal is that my clients leave our time together with more clarity and confidence in the next steps for their lives. I am intentional about creating a nonjudgmental, safe atmosphere. My approach involves working collaboratively with clients throughout the therapeutic process.
I believe in meeting clients where they are in their journey and working on individualized goals based on that perspective.
