My approach to counseling is to support clients in gaining an understanding of themselves. I connect with people by providing a warm and accepting atmosphere that promotes self-reflection and growth. I uncover and respond to client’s unique needs and then offer guidance in the implementation of therapeutic skills and techniques.
I am part of a group practice providing services to people ages 4 and up. I am CBT informed and enjoy working with all ages. I offer play therapy sessions for children in a fully furnished playroom. Medication management services are available through our Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner for clients ages 13 and up.
