I currently work with individuals (16 and over), and couples and have extensive training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy, as well as extended training in grief work and relationship issues.
The world has been exceptionally challenging these last few years, and my hope is that I can help people navigate their journeys in a way that provides them with compassion and empowerment. I work from a down-to-earth perspective and utilize laughter as a common healing factor when I can. My approach is light-hearted, while rooted in deep connection.
I have worked extensively with people struggling with anxiety, depression, mood dysregulation, and low self-esteem. My specialties include helping women find their way through the end of narcistic relationships to the life that they deserve. I look forward to hearing from you!
