I have worked with individuals with a multitude of struggles from grief/loss, depression, anxiety and past trauma. I have had trainings in cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness based cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, interpersonal therapy, and cognitive processing therapy. I am also a certified clinical trauma professional.
