Welcome. I approach therapy with a compassionate and nonviolent orientation. With my diverse background in somatic and body awareness practices, I often ask clients to sense their bodies to learn from their innate wisdom. This is not the only way to explore oneself, but it is a way. Somatic work is not always the best path to take, and other methods, such as psychodynamic and depth psychology through talking to express unspoken experiences, thinking through challenges that arise, or cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), are needed.
