Finding a therapist that is right for you amongst the sea of biographies can be daunting and finally getting in and seeing if it’s a good fit can be even more frustrating. My style is relational, straightforward, and personalized to each client’s needs. I want you to feel comfortable advocating for yourself and for the direction of your treatment. My belief is that you are the expert on yourself and I am privileged to be a part of the process. While I wish that I could promise a “Goodwill Hunting” moment every session, I CAN promise that I will work alongside you as your ally every step of the way.
I specialize in working from a systemic focus with families and couples (LGBTQIA+ affirming) and individuals. I also assist with behavioral modification strategies, attachment based issues, mood disorders, and provide substance use evaluations. Diversity of all types is welcome and safe in my office.
