Group focus: creative and/or mental blocks and inspiration for creatives! Get ready to unleash the creative within. We get bogged down with busyness in our lives and creative endeavors along with pleasure take a backseat. For creatives, lack of creativity and pleasure can lead to increased depression, anxiety and mental burn out. We will use DBT, mindfulness, CBT behavior activation and many other resources to assist us in this incredible 8 week experiential group journey that will propel us toward creative recovery. Within the powerful group dynamic we immerse ourselves in the flow of creative work, processing and make deep connections

Beyond Emotional Eating Beyond Food Rules
This group is the next step towards healing your relationship with food and your body. This is an 8 week Emotional Eating support and Psychoeducation Lunch Group. This group begins with unlearning: basic understanding of the complexities involved in BEE movement and diet culture mindset. This group will follow a workbook format, supportive lunch conversation and homework assignments. Coping tools will focus on being mindful, introspective intuitive listening, and understanding your own feeding and nourishment needs
