I specialize in change management, helping clients to cope with change and/or take the necessary steps to make a change. I have helped clients to address a variety life challenges-anxiety/depression, stress, relationships, career issues, grief/loss, abuse/violence, and chronic pain. I am prepared to help my clients take the steps necessary to better cope with the challenges, changes, and choices with which they are struggling.
I have been a counselor for over 20 years. I started as a school counselor and then, I became a licensed professional counselor. I have worked with clients in private practice and in hospital settings. I enjoy helping clients increase their level of behavioral health and wellness and develop skills to effectively maintain it.
