The decision to start therapy is a major step on the path to improving your life and making constructive changes. As a compassionate therapist, my goal is to learn your story, explore your challenges and give you the tools to achieve meaningful progress on your journey. While I am open to helping anyone, I prioritize first responders, military members and veterans, healthcare workers, offices(s) of emergency management, federal government employees, NGO employees who work in the humanitarian relief space, members of the press who work in conflict zones, and whistleblowers.
I specialize in PTSD, trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, and more. My mission is to help you process tough experiences, navigate life changes, boost self-esteem, build rugged flexibility (this combines resilience with adaptability) and develop coping skills to lead to a more fulfilling personal and professional life.
As a retired police officer/federal agent with 20+ years working in the US and globally, I work with first responders, military and veterans who faced challenges domestically and abroad. I know how mental and physical health are linked to our surroundings and affect well-being. Through therapy, we can develop strategies to help you heal, adapt and grow.
