As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Christian perspective, my goal is to bring strength and healing to individuals, marriages, and families. A therapy experience can bring encouragement, solutions, and wisdom to cope during times of stress. Parenting can also be a special challenge. For that, and aside from therapy, I offer a unique seven-week coaching package for parents of elementary and adolescent aged kids, called "A Pinpoint Strategy for Parents."
In therapy, I address a variety of issues, such as marital conflict, parenting, mood, anxiety, and addictions, including pornography. I am able also to help navigate issues of faith. Clinically, I make use of my training in family systems, object relations, attachment, and communication theories, plus many life lessons.
Therapy provides a private, respectful environment, where it is safe to explore thoughts and feelings, even to unravel deep issues, and experience healing. If you would like to discuss any of this with me, let me know either by phone or email.
