I work with individuals and couples to navigate their relationships, especially when one person is neurodiverse. I also help folks with ADHD and mild ASD develop better communication skills, get more organized, and set boundaries. It can be really exhausting trying to fit in all the time, and I’m here to make things a bit easier.
While being neurodiverse can be challenging many times, there are many gifts inherent in it, too. For example, you may be able to view things from a unique perspective, focus on details, have passions, and develop incredible resilience. I'll help you discover how your neurodiversity can help you in your daily functioning and relationships.
Whether you're an individual, a couple, or in an unconventional relationship arrangement, you'll feel accepted, understood, empowered, and overall better in your partnerships, your friends, your family, and your work life when you participate in therapy with me.
