I provide a positive and strengths-based approach to healing, and have skills and knowledge in working with trauma, child abuse, domestic abuse and sexual violence, dissociation, oppression, and stress. I have over twenty years of experience mentoring and supporting people living with: trauma and dissociation; disability and neurodivergence; and LGBTQ+ identity.
I received my Masters in Social Work (MSW) from The University of Southern California in 2020, and am trained in Eye Movement Reprocessing and Desensitization (EMDR), an evidence-based treatment modality for trauma recovery.
