Due to the many demands and social pressures placed upon adolescents and adults in our present age it is important to assist people in adapting effective coping skills and strategies in order to lead gratifying lives. I have been working as a clinical and school psychologist for over 30 years and work with a variety of conditions including Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, ODD and with clients who experience co-occurring physical disorders.
