As a member of the military for over 20 years, I understand that feeling, and the impacts of minor and major life changes. These changes shift our world view, our relationships, and how we see ourselves. You may have tried multiple ways of coping, but traditional approaches haven't produced the change you want.
I see the therapeutic process as dynamic and multifaceted – meaning that I am dedicated to digging deep with you to discover growth and healing. I believe that the only way therapy works is if it is specific to the person making the change. My goals as your therapist are to be centered on your wants and needs while creative with my integrative approaches.
