I primarily treat depression, anxiety, and PTSD and I also have strong experience working with LGBTQIA individuals and am a trans affirming provider. I primarily see adult age clients above the age of 21 in my practice. My ideal client is someone who takes the lead in therapy and utilizes our time together in a way that makes sense to them based off of the difficulties they are experiencing. I enjoy helping my patients identify potential roadblocks or thought processes that may be holding them back from their desired lived experience.
I utilize a holistic and collaborative approach in therapy and tend to explore all of the factors that may be influencing the symptoms you are experiencing. In session, I tend to use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and relational work to explore your thoughts and behaviors and their connection to what you are experiencing.
